Admission is open to candidates, whether Bangladeshi or foreign nationals, who have at least a bachelor's degree or its equivalent from any recognized university/college, including dental/medical/nursing colleges, engineering universities/colleges, agricultural universities/colleges, etc.

A Master's degree is compulsory for only Degree (Pass) applicants.

A candidate who already has one master’s degree is also eligible to apply.

Candidates with Third Division/Class or CGPA below 2.50 at any level of their academic career are not eligible to apply.

People from the health, population, and related fields with practical experience and currently in service are highly encouraged to apply for admission.

People who have appeared in the bachelor's degree final examination, or its equivalent degrees, may also apply, but they shall submit their certificates or mark sheets within 03 (three) days after the written admission test is held; otherwise, their candidatures shall be cancelled.
